More fraud claims against Baker Another longtime employee of Spokane County Assessor Ralph Baker's office has stepped forward after filing a fraud claim against the office. (KREM)

Bridge death Remember that body that was found in High Bridge Park in June? He wasn't a body when he was dropped off Sunset Bridge. Investigators have concluded he was alive when he was thrown off the bridge and died from the fall. (KXLY)

Oxy on order After a string of pharmacy hold-ups in which the robbers demanded Oxycontin, many Spokane pharmacies are choosing not to keep the powerful, addictive painkiller in stock, requiring prescription-holders to order it in advance. (KHQ)

Double-killer sentenced Justin Crenshaw, who last week was convicted of two counts of aggravated first-degree murder, was sentenced to two life terms in prison. (SR)
