Horse Feathers covers Nirvana

Posted By on Wed, Sep 1, 2010 at 2:04 PM

Horse Feathers, a Portland band who have come through here lord-knows-how-many times in the past couple of years, are making waves around the Northwest with their folky, ukulele-flecked cover of Nirvana's "Drain You." It's so popular, according to Kill Rock Stars publicity team, that the band has decided to lay it down on vinyl this fall.

So what do you think? Does the Horse Feathers cover add a new dimension to the popular Nirvana song? Or is it a desecration?
