Mayor David Condon this morning held a press conference to discuss his police action plan as part of his first 100 days in office. The plan touches on some of the elements that have been discussed for, oh, months and years. It includes training city police officers to serve mentally ill and other vulnerable populations and releasing internal-investigations reports. The plan also outlines vague ways forward on improving property crime and putting body cameras on police officers.
