Got 12 minutes and 38 seconds?

Posted on Wed, May 2, 2012 at 1:39 PM

This little animated film about a bike race that turns into a love triangle has been floating around our PBS station for the last little while. If you have 12 minutes and 38 seconds on this gray afternoon, there are worse ways to waste it. Directed by Tom Schroeder and entered into a bunch of film festivals, "Bike Race" is a fairly interesting story told in a very engaging way, using casual interviews, simple animation and some pretty jazzy drumming.
