If you happened to be downtown around 12:30 pm on Oct. 31, you may have seen four small men rappelling down the Bank of America building's window panes. The men were workers with West Coast Window Cleaners, a company that covers roughly 90% of downtown buildings according to cleaner Mark Rutkowsky (pictured).

As a photographer, window cleaners present a fresh subject. The lines of buildings can be interesting, the amount of space ominous, and the reflections are always intriguing. Inlander photographer and intern Christian Wilson just happened to be walking by.
