MORNING BRIEFING: In which Walmart gets ripped off, MLK's dream turns 50 and a Starbucks employee is fired for eating garbage

Four Spokane Valley brothers were arrested Tuesday for an alleged string of at least 15 thefts, including stealing from both Post Falls Walmart stores. (CDAP)

This morning, a walker discovered a male body just south of Minnehaha Park. Detectives are investigating it as a homicide. (KHQ)

Spokanites have been named some of the safest drivers in Washington according to Allstate Insurance Co. Yet, just over in Idaho, Boise drivers were found to be even safer. (SR)
