MORNING BRIEFING: Brutal murders in Coeur d’Alene, mudslide death toll rises and Facebook goes virtual reality

According to police, the 14-year-old boy accused of brutally killing his father and brother in Coeur d’Alene had been planning the murders for months. (S-R)
