It’s been almost a year since the Inlander moved to Kendall Yards, and the new neighborhood on the north side of the river has continued to grow. The developer, Greenstone Corporation, is aiming for an urban, walkable neighborhood with local and boutique retailers that can’t be found anywhere else.
“It provides that place where you can get a unique shopping experience; you can get a unique eating experience; you can get a unique recreational experience,” say Jim Frank, CEO of Greenstone Corporation.
