There's a story circulating the internet that claims young Syrian refugees raped a young girl at knifepoint in Twin Falls, Idaho. One little problem, says the Twin Falls County prosecutor: It's not true. In fact, two boys — from Sudan and Iraq — did incite a 7-year-old boy to act inappropriately with a young girl, but they were not refugees, because no refugees have been resettled in the area. Land-use agreement
Spokane County has signed an agreement that keeps its urban growth boundary that was drawn in 2013 by county commissioners. But the agreement also means commissioners will accept population growth estimates below original estimates. (Spokesman-Review) 

Trump campaign lagging
Donald Trump, it turns out, wants more money. His campaign started June with $1.3 million on hand, far short of the $42 million Hillary Clinton had. Trump acknowledged today that he has struggled to rally fellow Republicans, saying "it would be nice to have full verbal support from people in office." (Associated Press)
