Dear Drivers

Posted on Sat, Nov 24, 2012 at 8:23 AM

I have heard some comments about who funds the budget for our (that's
right) our roads. Gas taxes and license fees pay only a portion of the
ridiculous amount that the government pays to build and maintain our
transportation system. State taxes, federal taxes, local taxes all
contribute to paying the hugh cost of construction and maintenance. Most
bicyclists I know have cars and own homes (pay taxes). Try reading the
rules of the rode and follow them so bicyclist can have some idea what you
are going to do. I'll see you out there and will continue to ride around
drivers (back streets, etc) so I don't have to guess what they are going to
do (my bike not equipped with an hot air bag). One of those bicyclists

You where wearing a black top with a jean skirt and knee high converse, we
exchanged smiles and rocked out to some great music. How about we do more
than exchange some smiles and go to rock hard 2?

Hiss Boo & Shame On You

Posted on Sat, Nov 24, 2012 at 8:23 AM

To the pampered, warm driver in her car leaving the Shadle RiteAid on 11/13
at dusk. You couldn't hie your spoiled butt out of your car to help that
pitiful old woman in the wheelchair over the the speed bump not 5 feet away
from you? Easier not to see her? No, wait...you had to swerve to get around
her. Good Lord. Yay to the good folks out there that you will have to go
to "Cheers" to read about because their goodness so outweighs your evil
that they deserve their own hallelujah. Pray you never need the kindness of
strangers.

To My Friend

Posted on Sat, Nov 24, 2012 at 8:23 AM

For the first time ever I experienced what it's like to have your computer
die. Then you are simply lost as to how you're going to get another one,
because of my budget not to mention the things that can't be retrieved from
the hard drive. I have to tell you that there is a God. He is my friend M
West, a man without a selfish bone in his body. He rebuilt my computer at
no charge. He is so patient and understanding and one outstanding
individual. Anyone is lucky to have him in their life. I thank you so very
much for being my friend and helping me. My friends kindness to me will be
rewarded. Karma and happiness will follow all of your life. Smile it warms
the heart .JC

Movie Goers

Posted on Sat, Nov 24, 2012 at 8:23 AM

You and your group, three boys and a girl, all I assume teenagers, were
sitting behind me, my brother, and my neighbor at the 9:55 PM showing at
Riverpark Square and you were all talking. I did my best to ignore it
during most of the movie. However, about halfway through, I could bear it
no longer and decided to say something. I took a few minutes to decide what
to say, I didn't want to be rude or offensive, just something polite and
short. Finally, as politely as I could, asked "Could you stop talking
please?" to which the girl immediately responded with a string of
obscenities, followed by the boys saying similar things and one
saying "We'll see you after the show." My brother chuckled. We watched the
rest of the show in relative peace, you actually did quiet down a bit.
After the show, we were all in the upstairs lobby, Me and my neighbor
sitting on the bench opposite the "up" escalator. Your boys acted as if you
were trying to come over, but you let the girl "pull you away." You called
us "boys" even though we are likely more than five years or more older than
you. You proceeded to shout out obscenities and empty threats as you went
down the escalator, then my brother flipped you off, which increased the
screeching. Luckily we did not see you again. I guess I learned my lesson.
The next time someone politely asks me something, I should tell them put it
where the sun doesn't shine then threaten them. Thanks for showing me the
light...idiots.

RE: Learn To Park

Posted on Sat, Nov 24, 2012 at 8:23 AM

Wow pal, you really think you're special don't you? Why is it everyone
these days has some lame excuse. Getting on here and jeering some pregnant
lady because she had problems getting in her car due to your sloppy
parking? Maybe you should book a session with your kids shrink. If you
can't park your oversized truck go pick up something more manageable to
your driving skill. Just be happy you didn't get keyed and park it right
next time.

Violated Space

Posted on Sat, Nov 24, 2012 at 8:23 AM

To the people who felt the need to pop into our beautiful green
van, "Carol". You violated her space and took our valuable belongings while
she was parked at home. Well done! Two wallets (one with a beautiful hot
dog, the other with beautiful Korean women dressed in traditional attire
down by a river), a gifted iPod with beautiful music that was a symbol of
fatherly love, an iPhone with beautiful pictures from sacred lands, keys,
and a contribution to faith in humanity were stolen. We just want to send
out a jolly Thank You. You must have felt pretty, pretty good using our
debit cards to buy tp to wipe your stinky-ass shit at some store. Well,
guess what? Wise folk the world over have stated and lived by the principle
of 'non-attachment' in order to free themselves of excess and indulgences
and liberate their minds. So, ultimately, CHEERS!

Watch For Pedestrians

Posted on Sat, Nov 24, 2012 at 8:23 AM

To the county for not making the area of Sullivan Fred Meyers more safe for
pedestrians and people riding bikes in the area. More stores go in and even
in broad daylight people, like my son, are getting hit by drivers pulling
out of parking lots, trying to get out into traffic. Signs for people
leaving the parking lot exits could be posted to remind drivers to watch
for pedestrians and bikes.

Brazen Thief

Posted on Sat, Nov 24, 2012 at 8:23 AM

This is to the piece of crap that likes to rob grandmothers! I sat in my
car at my daughters school. I saw your crappy little red van coming down
the street. I couldn't figure out what you and your female driver were
doing there. You looked out of place and nervous. You parked on the side of
the street and I didn't really think twice. Then I saw you coming down the
street smoking your cigarette like you belonged in my neighborhood. I
noticed your black gloves, what caught my eye was you didn't show up on a
motorcycle so why the gloves? I knew something was wrong. You walked up to
that nice womans car with her windows down while she waited to pick up her
grandkids and stole her purse out of her car! How brazen and bold. I
couldn't stand it. I took chase after you and even though you got away in
your crappy van with a woman driving I still got your description and
everything for police! Ha ha, the lady only had $3 in her purse and
cancelled her cards. What kills me is that you are too lazy to go and find
a job so you are probably too lazy to go to another neighborhood to do your
stealing! I know what you and the stupid woman driving look like and if I
see you, we are going to be boxing! She was someones grandmother and
mother. And did you know after she got her cards cancelled she had a heart
attack? You're a big man aren't you? Wait till I see you!
