I have heard some comments about who funds the budget for our (that's
right) our roads. Gas taxes and license fees pay only a portion of the
ridiculous amount that the government pays to build and maintain our
transportation system. State taxes, federal taxes, local taxes all
contribute to paying the hugh cost of construction and maintenance. Most
bicyclists I know have cars and own homes (pay taxes). Try reading the
rules of the rode and follow them so bicyclist can have some idea what you
are going to do. I'll see you out there and will continue to ride around
drivers (back streets, etc) so I don't have to guess what they are going to
do (my bike not equipped with an hot air bag). One of those bicyclists
