Jeers to my apartment manager for towing my mom's car away on Christmas.
She did not know our policy and did not deserve to get her car towed when
there was 40 empty parking spaces available. It was the wrong thing to do.
It was completely unnecessary. I manage an apartment complex as well and
you could bet your dollar I would never treat my tenants like that. You
really ruined our whole night!
