Re: “The Way

Fr. Codd's book is the best one I have read about the Camino and was a prompt for me to go twice (so far) to do segments. I can't wait for the follow up!

Re: “Start With a Tent...

"...more efficient models like MSR's Jetboil stoves " MSR does NOT make the Jetboil stove. Jetboil does. MSR makes the Reactor Stove which is similar to the Jetboil stove.

Same old, same old. No individual right or liberty is secure when a Supreme Court is in session.

Re: “Building Bees

A caution with adding honey bees to an area. Very recent research shows that honey bees starve native bees within a tight 1km radius. While awesome honey, we are harming the bees that do pollination. See this recent study: http://sciencenordic.com/wild-bees-lose-fight-flowers

Re: “Fiddle in the Family

Miss JayDean is a HUGE part of our family life. Not only was she a mentor and teacher to my professional fiddle playing husband but she teaches our 5yr old twin boys and has been since they were 3! She is such an inspiration and motivator and is shaping our children to become amazing players like their Daddy. She is our boys first love and teaches me every single week patience by example.

Re: “Writing Their Way

So exciting, in this day of entitled youth all getting "participation" trophies, how refreshing to see young people with such drive and such a fantastic outlook on life. Brittan's grandmother, Jean, was a high school classmate and friend. It has been exciting to watch Brittan grow over the years, especially in her skills as a photographer. That young woman has a gift, and it all started when she asked for a camera for her birthday (or Christmas?). These young people are fantastic role models. Thanks, Inlander, for profiling them and their project! Way to go ladies!

Re: “Writing Their Way

Brittan's grandmother Jean is a special friend of mine and I know how proud she is of her talented granddaughter. Brittan is also a fantastic photographer so I hope the book contains some of her work.
I need a copy!
