Re: “Fresh Focus

This place is awesome! Check it out of you're in the area. Highly recommended the sour cream spaghetti and any of the bowls.

Re: “Hoo! Hot! Marmot!

I googled eating marmot while I, also, was reading a book. It was about Genghis Kahn. And yes, I had also read about someone contracting bubonic plague from eating marmot.

Re: “Comeback Chef

What a fluff piece. Talk about taking the easy road and not really getting into the subject of the story's real reason for a heart attack and all of the heart ache Mr. Wingate has caused through his actions.

The author really should have interviewed the ex-employees who Mr. Wingate terrorized and belittled.
The author really should have interviewed the parking enforcement officers that Mr. Wingate belittled and antagonized.
The author really should have interviewed the ex-partner of the subject and shown how deep Mr. Wingate's heart pain is
The author should have interviewed the minor son of Mr. Wingate who said, "I never want to speak to you again"
The author should have interviewed the former restaurant partners that Mr. Wingate dishonored

Do you job next time Inlander, then again, you are doing your job, that is offending those who pay your advertising.

Re: “Fast Pies

Let's be clear though. The dough is par cooked and finished in the oven. So it's not really cooked under "open flame" . The real question. Who will reign supreme. Blaze, Pieology, or MOD?

Re: “Simple by the Slice

WTH does he mean that pizza is "kinda missing" in Liberty Lake? Is he unaware that River City Pizza is right on the other side of the river from him? That's some of the best pizza in Spokane, hands down, and is way better priced than this "authentic Italian" shill that he's trying to peddle. I've eaten pizza all over Italy, and there isn't a slice of it that can compare to real American style pie.

Re: “A New Home

SO this joint will wind up being either a first stop, or a last, since very few students I've seen stop at three of anything, except, perhaps, leaves of kale.

Re: “Gooey Goodness

There is no Gooey in the Onion's Mac and Cheese. There is a "cheese sauce" which heavy on the butter side, but less on the cheesey side. Either way I sent it back for a Burger.

A local hidden secret, fast gaining popularity for it's awesome food and beer! We LOVE the Daft Badger. Josiah!s Revenge Stout is incredible (I'm not even a huge stout fan and I love it)!

Re: “A New Home

This gives me pause despite how lovely it sounds. I have never yet been to a pub with a seriously effective monitoring ethic.

Re: “Festival of Food

My favorite Baconapolis sandwich is the Tuna Melt, my son's is the Italian with a big slice of mozzarella and of course bacon. Amie Wolf is a true North Idaho girl. I hope you take the time to meet her and tell her Kelly says hi.
