The crew at "Celebrations" may want to check out their supplies..................DISCO DUST IS PLASTIC CRAFT GLITTER AND IT'S NOT TO BE EATEN. It's for use only on things that will be removed before eating. Doesn't matter that it's non toxic--it's still plastic. Lots of things are "non toxic"--craft glue, playdoh, silly putty--but we don't decorate, or eat, those, either.

The closest to a Brazilian Steakhouse was the service... By about a mile. To call the #Riogrillbraziliansteakhouse is borderline offensive to anything Brazilian. Let me explain:
- In a Brazilian Steakhouse the servers walk around with skewers dispensing a variety of barbecued meats right into your plate. Also, there is usually a generous salad bar - with guess what? Brazilian food! So, the setup was right: skewers with bbqd meat and a salad bar. For that I say this restaurant should really be a Brazilian (service) Style Steakhouse.
So what's so wrong with the Rio Grill Brazilian Steakhouse? Well, first of all it doesn't serve Brazilian steaks or any other authentic Brazilian food. There are 4 types of red meat being served and none tastes like Brazilian churrasco. The question is, why not? Maybe because the owner doesn't care about the food he serves. He likes the business model, he is making good profit so why goes through the trouble? Disclosure: This is just my opinion. I haven't met the owner and really don't know his business philosophy.
Therefore, there's no Brazilian food at the Rio Grill Brazilian Steakhouse. If you like meat, take a stroll over to Coeur D'Alene and try the #Grillefromipanema and I guarantee you that you will be back for more.
That's the opinion of a Brazilian who has no reason to return to the #RioGrillBrazilianSteakhouse anytime soon because whatever they serve there is not Brazilian, and is just OK.

FWIW, Liberty's tasting room opened in April 2014, not 2013. North Idaho Cider hasn't opened its tasting room yet, though it has begun distribution. And Coeur d'Alene's other new (but unmentioned) cidery, Summit Cider, starting distributing earlier, in mid-November, and is more widely available.

Actually, Zelda, the spelling we use is the original spelling that dates back to the days of David Thompson and Finan McDonald. Pend d'Oreille or Pendant d'Oreille was the name given to the native peoples who adorned their ears with ear rings or as David Thompson's French crew called them - Pendant d'Oreille - pendant of the ear. It's really a great story and we are proud to honor that history.

Mika is not only a ridiculously talented, innovative baker : she is passionately local local local ... fine ingredients she actually knows source (and usually, the farmer) and hand selects. You TASTE this commitment, care and love in her creations. And restoring a gorgeous, historical brick building in the heart of West Central is marvelous. Lucky, lucky West Central. Batch Bakeshop is worth finding. You'll be smitten.

Mika provided the desserts for our wedding this summer and did an outstanding job. Our dessert buffet was the stuff dreams are made of - every type of treat imaginable. So happy she finally has her own shop!

I have eaten many rabbits and I would say they tast great. Why are you all upset about her eating. If you like to just eat Veg then it is your right. The same for her. I for one have some I do the same with along with cow's, pigs and birds. I like to eat food of all kinds and want the stuff I know is rased well. Look in the walmart and tell me there meat is good. Even look at there veg and say you eat stuff all natural. Rabbit in a veg stew is the best.

Kudos to Miss Miller-Krezelak for a superbly scribed piece of prose on Miss Renee Cebula's new, cool business venture. We were particulary struck by the role that Dean Martin has played in her life and livelihood! Never was, never will be anyone as cool as the King of Cool....oh, to return to the days when Dino walked the earth.
