My understanding is that CVSD did not have a quorum to vote for or against the walkout, so to state that "they declined to join the strike" may imply something not entirely accurate?

John may not have been my blood brother but he was my brother we went through a lot together and apart this was not the article that thought was thought it was going to be about the life he had and the that he was in due to his hard times and the downward spiral that he was in and about all the people he did help over the years from making car payments for them to paying the power bills for some he was a damn good man and father to his own children along with so many that called him big hommie he would give you his coat off his back if you needed it he was loved by so many people from buying a car from him from him helping you at Stateline speedway he was my best friend and brother you will be missed BIG BAD JOHN
