I've always said that nudists are the most generous people in the world, and that fact has been obviated by the many well-wishes and messages you all sent for my birthday. Re: “Nudists express concerns about bikini barista initiative

nude is not rude! In the nudist environment, I feel I’m their equal - I’m not better than them, nor they are better than me, we are just human. By removing clothing I feel a barrier between people is gone and I’m more able to meet and to talk to others without the feeling that I or they have something to hide.God made us all naked. Some feel more comfortable with out clothes than with. Just like you feel more comfortable with your clothes on than naked..before eve ate the Apple there was no need for clothes. So just step back and think how would you feel if all the world was nude and only certain parts that allowed would want to go with a community that shared your interest. Check LocalNudistSingle com to give yourself a better chance by meeting nudist singles who enjoys the same nudist lifestyle that you do!

Re: “Nudists express concerns about bikini barista initiative

It's not about nudists wanting to be nude in the city of Spokane. It's not even about the baristas. The proposed ordinance is for ALL women in Spokane. If this passes, according to the ordinance, it would be unlawful for any female over the age of 10 to show more than half a breast. Where are they measuring from? Who's measuring? The breast tissue extends from the collarbone down to the underarm and across to the middle of the ribcage. Which would mean no swim wear, sun dresses, tank tops etc for women. We would be subject to a fine. The ordinance does not exclude public pools, parks or gyms.

This whole thing is over baristas. But the proposed ordinance is a blanket order for all women. I honestly don't believe when they were obtaining signatures for this they were upfront and honest to those signing. They kept referring to it as an ordinance for the baristas only. Not that it would effect everyone else. If it passes, they must enforce the new law as written. No exceptions for anyone. If they only start enforcing it on the baristas, the city will have a bigger issue.

Re: “Nudists express concerns about bikini barista initiative

So is it women's breasts that are so frightening, or just the nipples? They need to clarify that, don't they? So wonderful to think that people terrified of the sight of a woman's nipple (or breast….) but not the sight of a man's think they should be the arbiters of dress. We are truly an advanced society!

Now if they wanted to talk about the commodification of women's bodies for the sake of men's ogles, they would have a logical case, but just plain fear of women's nipples?????????? Fear that a child might see the very thing that sustained their life for their first months???? For god sake, people, a NIPPLE is the first thing a baby sees, and the most important thing in their early life!!!!!

God, what a great horror movie could be made from this!

So in summary, was the hearing open to the pubic or closed to the pubic?

Re: “Monday Morning Placekicker: Zags and Eagles mess up everyone's March

Actually, the bulk of Gonzaga senior night festivities takes place prior to the game, with the players and their families being honored on the floor. But the seniors traditionally give their speeches afterward, so it was rather awkward this time around.

Re: “BlueStar's Erick Hansen appears in court today — read the indictment

JOE GUINAN is a bigger con artist and criminal than Erick Hansen.

Arrest warrants in New Mexico and California, previous felony drug convictions, and securities fraud in the State Of California. He is the laughing stock of Hollywood.

What is upsetting to JOE is NOT the fact that Erick Hansen is also a criminal, but ONLY that a better con artist than himself got the best of him.

Re: “LaVerne Biel running for council

Laverne Biel has been involved in the east central Community and is a dedicated community leader that will make an excellent City Council representative that will listen to the members of the community and make decisions for the benefit of the community. I wholeheartedly support Laverne and as the former chair of the East central Neighborhood Council I can say that Laverne is a person that will listen to neighborhood concerns.

Re: “Why one tiny Lake Pend Oreille high school ditched hot lunches

Please continue to report what is happening in Clark Fork. Find out how much Mr Woodward makes a year and them ask him if he is interested in taking a paycut along with some other office staff. There can be cuts other than to our children. A majority of money from the levy will go West of Clark Fork and the problems will remain the same. Support the parents providing a hot lunch across the street from the school. Go Wampus Cats!!

Re: “Lawmakers support police-friendly body cameras bill

If this language is left in the final Bill it will, for the first time ever in the Sate of Washington, allow law enforcement officers to intercept and record private phone conversations or place bugs in a place where private conversations are taking place. Washington law enforcement has attempted this in the past but it didn't get any where so it will be interesting to see if this flies.

Non-party intercept language in HB1917.

(2) It shall not be unlawful for a law enforcement officer acting26in the performance of the officer's official duties to intercept, record, or disclose ((an)) a private oral communication or conversation in situations where the law enforcement officer's presence is concealed to one or more parties to the private communication or conversation: PROVIDED, That prior to the interception, transmission, or recording the officer shall obtain written or telephonic authorization from a judge or magistrate, who shall approve the interception, recording, or disclosure of communications or conversations with a nonconsenting party for a38reasonable and specified period of time, if there is probable cause to believe that the nonconsenting party has committed, is engaged in, or is about to commit a felony:

Lawmakers support police-friendly body cameras bill

The media and the public should take a careful look at the WASPC backed bill and to the exemptions to public disclosure outlined in the Bill...all very predictable.

Re: “Snag hit in mystery retailer deal

Spokane Crescent Building Red Tail Management Ryan Rubenkoenig along with Local Broker Bob Spooner (of Goodale and Barbieri Company) talks with (Urban Outfitters) seems to have "Hit a snag". You can't lease property that belongs to Spokane Downtown Daiquiri Factory ! It may be a mystery to others, but not a mystery that asking Spokane Courts for bonds to delay returning us our property and lease location that ends in 2021 will not be tolerated. Rogue Landlord's who do not follow the law will not be tolerated in Spokane. Be prepared to pay dearly for your conspiracy.. because Justice is Coming! If people only knew what I have to fight week in and week out.

Re: “MONDAY MORNING PLACEKICKER: Pangos' hair tweets, Zags clinch, Eags scuffle

Why do Whitworth teams get slighted by The Inlander? Over the course of the past decade, the Whitworth men's team has been the most successful basketball team in the Spokane area. They make Sweet 16, Elite 8 and even a Final 4 appearance in the national tournament. The least you could do is mention them. The last I checked, they are in the Inland Empire. Just so you don't have to look it up, they are currently 22-3 and won yet another NWC title.
