Re: “CONCERT REVIEW: Chris Cornell mesmerizes for three hours at The Fox

He has got to be one of the sexiest men I have ever seen!

Re: “Initiative that would raise minimum wage, require sick leave makes ballot

Honestly as far as minimum wage goes and I'm far from an expert but that's barely enough to sustain a living off of at $9.47 in King County. I don't necessarily think raising the minimum wage is a bad idea but I think the living cost is ignored for the issue it truly is.

Re: “Will the ousted editor from Orange County take over the Spokesman-Review?

Wow, substitute Smith for Curley (and a fedora and cigar for the haircut and necklace) and it's 2002 all over again.

Re: “CONCERT REVIEW: Chris Cornell mesmerizes for three hours at The Fox

I saw the show in Davenort, Iowa, and my friends and I were blown away! I hope to see one of the Temple of the Dog venues. The fact that this CC tour is unplugged and intimate, showcases his talent. Chris is, without a doubt, one of the most talented musicians of our time!

Re: “How the Ryan Holyk video expert apparently led an investigation down the wrong path — again

If you look into that report you'll see that the " time stamp" problem of s associated with analog systems not the digital recorder that Gus Johnson had. I'll pull the quote up and post, put digital recorders get a time variable that comes from an internal clock and is poked into the memory location as rescorded. Liar liar pants on fire.

Re: “Will the ousted editor from Orange County take over the Spokesman-Review?

Hahaah - I worked under Curley in Las Vegas, and let me tell you, the guy's a snake. He surrounds himself with yes men/yes women/yes interns, and then waltzes around making fantastic promises and proclamations, none of which ever come to light. To read what he's planning at the Spokesman is almost surreal -- I've heard it all before. Same sales pitch for a new, desperate audience. The emperor's not wearing clothes! Ugh - just seeing that short necklace and that ridiculous Peter Pan manchild hair cut gives me the creeps all over.

Without a doubt the best vocal performance I have ever heard! Chris Cornell has the best voice in the music industry hands down! Thanks for an awesome show Chris.

Re: “CONCERT REVIEW: The Avett Brothers fired up Airway Heights with their raucous Americana music

You captured the spirit of the evening, but just to be nitpicky: All five frontpeople are on kazoos for D-Bag, not just Seth. Divorce Separation Blues is Seth's song, he's the one who split with his first wife and married the actress, though Scott did introduce it. That's Scott on the piano for Head Full of Doubt, it's Seth on I and Love and You. I'll leave it to those closer to the boys to comment on their hygiene history, though I doubt it's quite so dire as you portray (and I would still characterize Scott's facial hair as a beard). Oh, and for future reference, you got effect/affect wrong the first time, though correct the second.

Re: “On day Chris Cornell plays Spokane, first-ever Temple of the Dog tour announced

Greatest voice in music today. No man alive has his range, power, or conviction when they sing!!! Can't wait to see him tonight. I have waited along time for this.

Re: “Facebook targets local artist Ildikó Kalapács for nude paintings on her page

FB always take down my nudist photo, even heathly nude! If you would spend one-day at the‘nude beach' in the nude, you might have a different attitude about the ‘nude culture.’It is NOT what you might be thinking. Matter of fact, the ‘tittilation factor’ diminishes quite quickly whey you have been around others who are also nude. Check LocalNudistSingle to give yourself a better chance by meeting nudist singles who enjoys the same nudist lifestyle that you do!

Re: “Q&A with Yoram Bauman, economist behind carbon tax initiative

Awesome interview! Yoram and the grassroots organization has worked really hard to get this initiative on the ballot. CNN wrote a piece about it, describing Carbon WA's journey and the details of the policy:

What a bunch of whiny, sniveling imbeciles. They NEED the product just as much as the bigger cities.

Re: “Spokane County Jail inmates no longer on lockdown 23 hours a day

Finally. Finally. Finally. So overdue and so welcome a change. The design was never intended for the last 15 years usage and I hope this ends a dark and dreadful era downtown.

There will be problems with the current set up, but it'll be a far better environment overall.

Re: “Following Inlander story, SFCC decides to let 12-year-old take college course

One key detail they missed is that she didn't take the SBAC I know her personally, I got the highest score in the school. I mean I know her personally, she is really really smart but I think college is a really big step

Correction - according to Brian BREEAN it was Kellie Gately that shoves Tom Clouds and not Tracie Meidl.

Re: “City spokesman knew about Straub's pending ouster the day before denying knowledge to media

A few maxims that have guided me and my charges for many years:
"Integrity is non-negotiable."
"Integrity: you have it or you don't."
"Integrity: once it is lost, it cannot be regained--EVER."
"You cannot have 'some' integrity any more than you can be 'kinda' pregnant; you is or you aint."
I expect to see Coddington on a street corner with a cardboard sign by the end of the week.
