100 Stories — A Centennial Exhibition, an exhibit celebrating the Eastern Washington State Historical Society's first hundred years, opens at the MAC this weekend. The long-term exhibit features art and artifacts reflecting the region's history, including Native American culture. During its two-year run, the museum plans to host special programming to enhance community engagement. Among those events are art demonstrations, film, lectures and symposia. Stories as part of the exhibit are to be told not only at the MAC, but also at important relevant locations throughout Spokane and Eastern Washington. Many of the exhibit’s featured artifacts from the MAC’s collections have never been on display before. $3-$10
