Re: “Mad as Hell

Its been rumored that Baumgartner was one of Jim West´s "Boys" and had to take a girl friend to appear "hetero".

Re: “The Lonely Republicans

To vote against Baumgartner is an ethical choice. First he declares he "served" as in the "Military" when he wasn´t. He tried to steal that honor and then back pedals with some lame spin control. Then he says he worked FOR the DOS and then says he worked WITH the DOS, when he was really a contractor like Blackwater. They he says he got awards for encouraging the Pakistani´s to grow wheat instead of poppies, when its Afghanistan and the UN reports that Poppy production increased 5 fold in the last five years. Good job their Baulmy.

Then he holds a Flag day patriotic rally on the WRONG day and then has the audacity to collect donations for his campaign. Now thats really patriotic using the ol bait and switch scam. The City Parks department was going to cancel that little faux pas but it was too late.

He registered to vote on Jan 25 since being out of the country (and of touch) so he has a real grasp of the states politics. His web page states "we need leadership in Washington". Well, that actually is Olympia or is ol Baumly got his eyes on Cathy McMorris´s seat? Nothing better than a carpet bagger from the Palouse.

Baulmy states he was overseas for 5 years yet his resume shows he only started working over there in 2007. Must be that accounting degree that comes up with 3.

Marr isnt the best thing since sliced bread, but I would rather have a semi-competent Democrat than Baumgartner who has an honesty and integrity problem at every level and whom is a johnny come lately to Washington State politics. Well not late, but how about non-existant and clueless?

Re: “Strong Arm of the Law

We the citizens of Spokane entrust our Law Enforcement officers with the power of life and death of us and yet they are not accountable to the same.

The City hides behinds the laws that were implaced to give us the transparency they promise us.

Its time to clean house in City Government and force Mary Verner out for her hollow promises.

Re: “There is a glitch in the Matrix - Oops! I mean on City Council TV.

Shogan probably required the server to remove its baseball cap. I am glad we have so may overpaid incompetent city employees, it keeps them off of welfare.
