This is great for Christians, but what if you are not. There are a LOT of people on the street who are not. They deserve to be helped, too.
Many jobs require drug testing, so requiring it for assistance is not an attack on poverty. But I do have concerns that the people showing positive to drug tests will lose benefits, but not get any help with their problem/addiction. I hope it´s addressed thoroughly or else it´s not solving anything. Just punishing.
Great, another person killed by the Spokane Police. Just what we needed.
Thank you so much for running this article. As a local Pagan it´s nice to see alternative views. Especially in this political climate where christianity and it´s "morals" are being forced down our throats at every turn. I wish more people would study other religious/faith paths, see the similarities, understand the cultures and do their own thinking. LIke it or not, freedom of religion, or lack of religion, is a law in this country. One that I will fight for if it is ever threatened.BTW - Being Pagan does not mean I´m a devil worshipper (the devil doesn´t exist in most pagan religions), or that I have no morals (we still learn right and wrong as children). [putting away my soapbox]
