While everyone is entitled to their opinion, some of the stuff they said was just plain weird. Why did they compare all four companies for one type, then three on another? I’ve tried everyone’s chocolate in this article with the exception of French Quarter and all of them are good. I’ve had Chocolate Apothecary’s Sea Salt caramel and it’s good. I’ve had Spokandy’s Huckleberry cream and I think it’s just okay. I really like Hallett’s Habanero because it’s fruity AND spicy. While I may prefer one company to another, I can honestly say that no one makes any truly bad chocolates in Spokane.
