Re: “The People's Festival

Leah Sottile and the Inlander- you made a very big mistake in which admin you chose to do this interview. Not only was Anti-Squatch not even Austin Mell´s idea, he was minutely involved, donated no money to help run the event, provided little assistance, and spent most his time on Facebook, hyping up the event and inviting more people than we agreed on. A man that complained about directing traffic for 45 minutes when other admins were doing sound for 14 hours.
To be clear, Anti-Squatch was brought to you by Infinite penz and friends clearly stated in the admin section of the Anti-Squatch facebook page. If any one deserves any credit for this event, its the Armstrong´s that sacrificed a butt load of time and money to insure that this event met expectation. You, Inlander, made a very large mistake for a newspaper, deciding to pick the oldest admin on the site and not inform any of the others to what was going on? Just because Austin lied about his age on facebook (He´s only 20) does not give you the right to disregard the actual creators because of their age and not even mention their names. Not to mention there is a terrible amount of misleading information and completely wrong information in this article.
1. There was no nursing tent, we never planned for that
2. We do not represent the statement that Sasquatch is "filled with a bunch of hipster elitist snobs"
3. Only 2 creators are in high school the other 5 are not
4. The location was changed to "outside of spokane" before Anti-Squatch facebook page was created
Inlander- Please put forth more of an effort to not be an age-bias newspaper and to get your facts straight. Thank you 98 minutes ago
