It seems to me the original cause of death made no mention of ´excited delirium´. How can an autopsy decide if it was ´excited delirium´? From what I read ´excited delirium´ shows itself in physical ways, unless the coroner was a witness how can he/she make this determination? Karl Thompson´s actions that night better fit the definition of ´excited delirium´.
