It is not surprising that officers don't believe the cameras will improve the behavior of suspects.
The amount of drunks, druggies, and angry people that just won't care will be close to the same.
Though I am sure it will deter the more level headed people from getting angry and possibly creating a situation.

It seems to me the original cause of death made no mention of ´excited delirium´. How can an autopsy decide if it was ´excited delirium´? From what I read ´excited delirium´ shows itself in physical ways, unless the coroner was a witness how can he/she make this determination? Karl Thompson´s actions that night better fit the definition of ´excited delirium´.
