I would like Senator Smith to explain how he runs the Colville Farmers Market as a 'For PROFIT' business, his profit, yet list it with the State of Washington Dept. Of Revenue as a 'Non-Profit'. That means he can charge sales tax to the customer and the state doesn't collect it from him. Does he claim the money he collects from his vendors on his income taxes? Just wondering.
