I'm sorry if I offended anyone or made anyone feel that I was attacking them personally. I agree that body image does not define a person. Neither does my opinion truly matter in the large scheme of things. Nor am I trying to tear down strong women. It honestly wouldn't matter what sex was being portrayed. If living a healthy life is unimportant to you, I understand. I really like the no photo-shop thing. That is a great idea. I stated that i did not agree with the way beauty is portrayed in magazines and the media. I simply just think that we should portray healthy people, neither the anorexic nor the very overweight. we have a problem with extremes in this country. I just believe that it is the medias responsibility to promote healthy people to the public. That being said, everyone has their own definition of what beauty is.
In my own opinion that is.
Being obese and unhealthy is just as bad of an image to portray to the general public as the anorexic photoshopped models are.
