The STA prop 1 proposal is garbage with the trolley!!! The prop 1 proposal without the trolley and it's price tag would be the best one yet... that's the one we will see after we vote no next week. Then STA will be forced to tuck it away and come again without it.. If they took time to think about it. After actually making all the other changes in this proposal first.. it would create the demand for the trolley later and if it didn't then so be it.. because as of right now the demand of all the other upgrades are in more demand then the trolley...

I agree.. He should name the names.. Why continue to protect this inner circle of corruption of politicians and their appointed counterparts.. The tradition continues to be.. blow the whistle.. but only 1/2 way.
