They still may receive a letter in the mail from Kool-Aid due to the fact that the name 'sounds' too similar. Same thing happened to the poor gentleman who had a custom brew with the name "frappucino" in it- he got a letter from Starbucks saying it was a related infringement, which I believe the Inlander did an article on in the recent past. Either way, they need to take that 12 flag down for the shenanigans they've pulled. What kind of business doesn't listen to it's potential customers?
