Metal bottle caps are art waiting to happen!

There are many other artists using bottle caps for various project. Save 'em in a coffee can and contact one of the artists when the can is nearly full. A search for "bottle cap fish" finds other artists.

Rings & Things sells a double sided bottle cap bead made by The Trinket Factory in Minnesota.
http://www.trinketfoundry.com/bottle-cap-beads/ They may be able to use quantities of caps.

Plastic caps are another story. I have no good suggestions. Rick Nelson used one (just ONE!) on a special fish award that Artfest/MAC made for me a few years ago.

Shredded paper is on your "No" list. Spokane Pet and Seed will take shredded paper for bedding in their pet section.
