I agree government is corrupt, self serving, and not at all concerned with representing constituents. That said, if you won't cast your ballot, you have no grounds for complaint. VOTE!!
The issue is a constitutional question. Can the Federal Government usurp State law?
I would be curious to see if there is any correlation between school capacity and development. Are the schools which struggle with student/teacher ratios impacted by new housing developments within the district boundaries? Is student capacity even a consideration when building permits are issued for new residential development?

bwaahaahahahaha.... what exactly are the "facts" regarding the UGA expansion? Our Plan Commission saw no need for the expansion, and the Growth Management Hearings Board agreed.
