Best Mexican Cuisine

Mike Corrigan
by Mike Corrigan

BEST MEXICAN CUISINE - Azteca - Can you say repeat? For as long as this humble writer's admittedly defective noggin can remember, Azteca has been the clear choice among Inlander readers for fresh and tasty Mexican fare. Heck, why not? The enchiladas, tacos and burritos are well prepared, and the atmosphere and service aren't bad either. With a recently added second location at the Spokane Valley Mall, even more people can see what all the fuss is about.

2nd: Casa de Oro

3rd: Rancho Chico
