Best Asian Cuisine

by Mike Corrigan

BEST ASIAN CUISINE - Mustard Seed - Can you say shut up already? Okay, I promise not to use this tired and annoying literary device ever again. That is, unless I see this and the previous two categories sporting the same lineups next year. Not that there's anything wrong with the winners, mind you. In fact, we at The Inlander frequently indulge in all three. It's just that we're rapidly running out of ways to tell you how fine these joints are. The Mustard Seed has dominated the realm of local Asian cuisine for years by walking a fine line between adventurously authentic and comfortably Westernized. Quality ingredients and careful preparation also factor into this successful equation. The downtown Mustard Seed's move to new digs at NorthTown should further expand the restaurant's already impressive fan base.

2nd: Gordy's
