Best Of 2002

Best Sandwich

If you've ever been to a New York delicatessen, you know where the inspiration for Domini's truly inspirational sandwiches originates. They keep it really simple here: meat, cheese and bread in terrific proportions. Considering the quantity and quality of the ingredients used in each fist-sized masterwork, these guys could charge twice as much as they do and get away with it (but, thank goodness, they don't). The sandwiches are delicious. The popcorn is free. All the condiments you might need are supplied tableside. And folks from every imaginable social and economic strata come here to nosh. Domini's has hammered the competition in this category for eight straight years. There's nothing else in Spokane even remotely like it.

2nd: Subway; 3rd: Quizno's
