Brooklynd Johnson, bar manager for Bon Bon — the long-awaited new cocktail bar built into the Garland Theater — reports that the business has finally earned its liquor license from the state, after a back-and-forth that has lasted for months.
Johnson estimates the business could open within two to four weeks.
