This is the same color scheme Mr. Apple has always used. It is simple and tasteful and I find it refreshing especially when you compare his signs to those gaudy and shameless billboard size signs you see literally everywhere promoting Al French. The Al French signs are a severe eyesore. All 6,437,829 of them on every block on every arterial in and around Spokane. But I guess the French are internationally known for their arrogance and Al is no exception. Bob Apple on the other hand incorporating an apple in his signs to signify his love for Spokane is not at all offensive, especially since anyone who knows him knows he is truly a peach of a guy.
