I just registered for Spokefest — the biggest organized bike event in Spokane. The process was relatively painless. Just 12 bucks on my card.
But the pain is going to increase tomorrow, as today is the last day to register at the reduced price. Starting tomorrow, the fee goes up to $20 for adults ($15 for kids). Head to their site now to save.
What's new at the third annual running? Two added routes: a 9-mile shortcut that roughly follows the Bloomsday course and a 26-mile add-on that detours riders near the Seven Mile Bridge and loops them around the Four Mounds area.
