Rocky Treppeidi was the one who convinced me to wear a wire for the FBI in 1995. I was a young man at the time, not even 30 years old. The level of disrespect and disdain I have for Treppeidi cannot be overstated. He used intimidation and prevaricational inaccuracy at that time, just as he uses it today. I regret ever meeting Treppeidi. Bob Houston, the former FBI agent I conducted research for even warned me about "Rocco". Bob said to me back then, "David, I know you want to do the right thing and help Joel Crosby and the city council...but be careful about Treppeidi, he will stab you in the back if he has the chance and he will not feel a thing. Don´t think he has your best interest at heart. We do need your help, but don´t do it because Rocky "compelled you".
Special agent Bob Houston was right. Bob moved to the Seattle office later on and I wish I could go back in time. If I could go back in time, I would take the advice of the FBI and not even meet with Treppeidi. He has no sense of ethics or proportionality.
He does not represent the people and the taxpayers. He only represents himself...cops...lawyers. His loyalty is to his career and the police who kill innocent folks like OTTO ZEHM....PASTOR CREACH....MR SICHIRO...and about 13 others (or more).
