OK, couple things here that are not quite correct.
1. I did not set out to "OUST" Jim West. I set out to put the vote back to the people. Based on the information that was admitted by Jim himself; I felt compelled to do what I could.
2. I would like to clear up something that has been addressed in a lot blogs In regards to one of my charges against Tucker, I note that he did not show up to explain to Judge Hayes why he made the plea bargain.
I DO NOT; I repeat DO NOT, care what the plea bargain deal was. That is not the issue, the problem I have is that he was asked by a JUDGE to make himself available to her to explain his actions. (FYI: he made the deal himself) Tucker blatantly defied her request.
Here is what went on the record in the courtroom that day. Hayes according to transcripts: “So, declined to come to court on a case where he actually did the plea negotiations and he ordered you to come up and cover for him?” “That’s correct, your honor.” Garvin said.
3. I am NOT trying to "CHASE OUT" Steve Tucker, again I am attempting to putting the vote back to the people. There are charges that have to be filed and defended. People need to be educated on goings on of our County Prosecutor, then Spokane County can make there own decisions. Dec 03, 2011 |Reply to this comment
