I don´t understand why both media outlets in Spokane are beating this dead horse. You clearly aren´t interested in the issues, just the drama. I can see why he doesn´t want to waste time answering questions from either outlet.
I´ve posted a similar comment on SR.com and seeing how there is not much of a difference at the inlander. I´ll just regurgitate the comment. Kind of like you did with story. ----- “It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see the slant, it’s politics and media. You certainly don’t have to be a supporter of either canidate to see that SR disproportionately reports in favor of one canidate over the other. I’m not a supporter of either at this point.
However running a quick search of SR.com of both names Amy Biviano and Matt Shea you can come to the conclusion yourself that fair and unbiased reporting from SR is about as accurate as with FOX news. I’ve found no critictism of Biviano from SR stories (if you find one please point it out), only when it comes to Shea do they pull punches.
In her latest smear, I think that Biviano stooped to a whole new low. She is not taking to the issues only turning the issues into a circus - this attack in and of itself makes me sway to Shea.” Sep 25, 2012 |Reply to this comment
@Bee509: If the horse is kicking, neighing, and pointing guns at other horses just before it invents imaginary affidavits, that horse is very much not dead. Beat away, good newsmen and newswomen. Let me lend you a whip.
Besides: a politician lying about a sworn affidavit is so totally not related to how a politician will/won´t lie the rest of my time, right? Sep 25, 2012 |Reply to this comment
"this attack in and of itself makes me sway to Shea"
I call bullshit. You were already in his camp.
What this is, is part of Matt´s continuing effort to throw enough out there and raise some doubt in the McCaslin/Padden/Not-batshit-Insane wing of the party so that people go, "Eh, maybe?" and vote for him. The very fact that he has to try to win back Republicans speaks volumes. Sep 25, 2012 |Reply to this comment
I clearly stated twice I’m not a supporter of either at this point. Subtlety on the second account, but none the less. I'm just calling out the slant. Which is obvious and you welcome it because it fits your ideology. This is nothing more than a mud slinging contest and SR and Inlander are the ones with the handfuls of mud. Both seem to me as being nothing more than anti-shea propaganda machines as of late. I shared a comment on The Inlanders most recent slant piece or should I say their Biviano campaign ad that went up today. I’ll include it here. nnSociety of Professional Journalists’ Code of Ethics – to “distinguish between advocacy and news reporting,” while simultaneously “seeking truth and providing a fair and comprehensive account of events and issues.” n Sep 26, 2012
