To the photographer, I truly don't understand the unprofessional, hostile
and insulting manner in which you have addressed our concerns regarding our
wedding photos. We have made every attempt to be respectful and reasonable,
we still have not received an email that hasn't been insulting and
demeaning. Thank you for poorly recording the best day of our lives.
