Downtown Spokane Food Truck Rally

The temperature was hovering right around zero for the first food truck rally the Downtown Spokane Partnership organized in December. This time around the weather should be beautiful, and the rally is moving over by City Hall in conjunction with the dedication and reopening of Huntington Park on the south side of the falls. The food trucks scheduled to be in attendance offer something for all appetites: 3 Ninjas, Bistro Box, Couple of Chefs, Dawn of the Donut, Jamaican Jerk Pan, King of Tacos, the Pizza Truck, Shameless Sausages, Toby’s BBQ and Veraci Pizza.
