Transgender Day of Remembrance Vigil

Sunday, November 18, Human Rights Education Institute, 414 W. Mullan Rd., Coeur d'Alene: Transgender Day of Remembrance is a day to remember transgender persons who have been the victim of violence. The event raises awareness about hate crimes against transgender persons and expresses love and respect for members of the transgender community. Starting at 7 p.m., join us for a candlelight vigil outside the institute, followed by a catered reception inside. Contact 208-292-2359 or info@hrei.org for more information.
