Hillyard Festival & Hi-Jinx Parade

The annual neighborhood celebration includes a festival in Harmon-Shipley Park, with local vendors, food, live music, a beer garden, games, car shows and fireworks (Sat.) The parade starts at 9:30 am on Sat, Aug. 2 on North Market. Aug. 1-3.
