The Inn at Sand Creek boasts a hotel upstairs and a bistro below. Book a room or a table and try something exotic. Gremolata. Kurobuta. Peperonata. Bring your Food Lover's Companion or just ask Bob Kessler, a walking encyclopedia who opened the restaurant in spring 2010 with his wife, Mila Halperin. (You may remember them from the Hope Market Cafe.) The menu is a seasonal travel guide, starting with Kung Pao egg rolls and macadamia peanut sauce and veering towards cucumber-tomato salad with Indian naan. (CS, 7/10)
