This revolutionary East Sprague restaurant re-opened in February 2011 with a renewed focus on its original mission: serving, good healthy food at affordable prices. The community-oriented restaurant, run by Janice and Keith Raschko, recruits volunteers and allows the downtrodden to pay for their meals with donations. The Raschkos work with local farmers to create fresh weekly menus, with items like pumpkin soup, crimini mushroom garlic pizza, and Thai noodle salad. (Chelsea Finger, 3/11)
