Riverfront Park Holiday Film Festival

Getting into the Christmas season means watching the Christmas classics. Opportunity knocks in the form of a Christmas-themed film festival at the IMAX Theater in Riverfront Park, and it’s for a good cause. Admission is free, but filmgoers are asked to donate one non-perishable food item to go to the Second Harvest Food Bank, which experiences high demand for its services this time of year. Films being screened daily are Elf (3 pm), Disney’s version of A Christmas Carol (1 pm), How the Grinch Stole Christmas (5 pm) and Arthur Christmas (11 am), an account of how Santa really gets around the world in one night. Seating is first come, first served, but be sure to bring the whole family. Also of note — films aren’t shown in the IMAX format.
