Owners Teresa and Leo Gonder spent the better part of a year reviving this historic downtown building to turn it into their farm-to-table focused restaurant, with two bars inside that highlight the region's ever-growing local brewery and distillery offerings. Local ingredients can be found in nearly every dish, from appetizers like a steak focaccia pizza and entrees such as the classic Tamarack burger. Vegetarians have plenty of options, too. (2015)
