Andy's Bar

If every part of Spokane needs a bar, then Andy's is fulfilling the need for Carnegie Square. Located between Browne's Addition and downtown, it offers up standard bar and grille fare in addition to less traditional bar grub like Monte Cristos and paninis. With aesthetic design elements, romantic lighting, an intimate layout and street-side views of older buildings, this likeable little bar channels a scene from an Edward Hopper painting.
