“I didn’t get fat eating lettuce,” says the deli owner in a thick Philly accent. That pretty much says it all for this ma-and-pop deli in the middle of nowhere. In here, sandwiches and burritos are described by weight in pounds, and a pizza’s worth is measured in layers of meat and cheese. Delicious.
