Allen Stone shoots to No. 2 on iTunes

Posted By on Tue, Oct 4, 2011 at 2:57 PM

The absolute funkiest person to ever come out of Chewelah, Allen Stone (who we profiled a few months back), released his sophomore album today — and, to the surprise of Stone and his manager, saw it shoot to #2 on the iTunes R&B/Soul Charts. "[It's] an accomplishment that took all of us by surprise in the best way possible," BJ Olin, Stone's manager, says in an email.
